Who may use the service

You must be at least 18 years old. You may upload a portrait only if it depicts you or an adult who has given you permission for AI video creation. Do not upload images of minors, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or harmful content.

Video credits and payments

Video packs are one-time purchases priced in USD. Credits are added only after payment is confirmed. Creating a video uses one credit; buying a pack alone does not start generation. Credits are linked to your account, cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Our refund policy explains payment refunds and failed generations.

AI-generated results

The service uses a licensed reference scene and an AI model to make a new video from your portrait. Results can vary in appearance, movement, clothing, background and timing. We cannot guarantee an exact likeness or an identical recreation of the reference. Generation times can vary.

If the generation provider confirms a failed job, the reserved credit is returned automatically. If a submission outcome cannot be confirmed, it is reviewed before the credit is changed.

Your content

You retain rights you have in your uploaded portrait. You grant Genbulin47AI and its processing providers permission to use it only as needed to generate, store, deliver and support the requested video. You are responsible for ensuring that your upload and use of the output respect other people's rights and applicable law. The licensed reference footage remains subject to its own rights.

Availability and changes

We may pause purchases or generation for maintenance, capacity or safety reasons. If an in-progress task is affected, contact support so its status and credit can be reviewed. We may update these terms by publishing a revised date on this page. Changes do not remove rights that applicable law gives you.
