Video packs are digital service credits. Please review the pack and price before completing checkout.
Payment refunds
Purchases are generally final and we do not offer voluntary cash refunds for video packs, including unused credits. This does not limit any refund or cancellation right that applicable law requires. If you believe you were charged twice, charged in error, or have a legal refund right, contact us at [email protected].
Failed video generation
When the generation provider confirms that a submitted video failed, the one credit used for that job is returned to your account automatically. This is a credit return, not a payment refund. If the submission status is uncertain, we review it before changing the balance to avoid charging or crediting the same job twice.
How to request help
Email [email protected] from the email address linked to your account. Include the purchase date, pack, amount and, for a video issue, the job ID or a description of the issue. Do not email full card numbers or passwords.
