Information we process

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address and profile picture. We store a signed session cookie so you can access your account.

When you create a video, we process the portrait you upload, your consent confirmation, task status and the generated video. We keep credit and purchase records, including the selected pack, amount and payment status. Card details are entered with Stripe and are not stored by us.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, charge for selected packs, track video credits, process and deliver your videos, answer support requests, prevent misuse and maintain the service.

Service providers

We use Google for sign-in, Stripe for checkout, Cloudflare R2 for file storage, Kie for AI video processing, and our hosting provider to run the website. Your uploaded portrait and the licensed reference material are sent to the generation provider to create your video. These providers process information as needed to perform their services.

Storage and retention

Uploaded portraits are removed from our R2 storage after a job succeeds or a confirmed failure is handled. A submission with an unknown outcome may be kept until it is reviewed. Generated videos, account details, credits and purchase records remain available in your account until deletion is requested or retention is required for legal or accounting reasons. A provider may retain files under its own policies after processing.

Security and your choices

Videos are delivered through an authenticated account route. We use a signed, HttpOnly session cookie that expires after seven days. You can sign out at any time. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, email [email protected] from your account email. We will respond according to applicable law.
